Postage within the UK is calculated by the weight of your order. If you wish to send an item overseas, please get in touch via the Contact page.
We aim to produce and dispatch your item(s) within 5-7 working days after ordering. At busier times (e.g. Oct-Dec), please allow for 7-10 working days.
RETURNS &
REFUNDS
Non-Personalised Gifts:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however, if you're not - or you have changed your mind - we will accept returns up to 7 days after the day you receive your item. Please use the Contact page to let us know if you wish to return your item.
The cost of returning an item will be paid by you unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, we will send you a replacement or offer a full refund.
Personalised Gifts:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been customised or if the spelling and/or other personalised details provided by you are in error.
If you wish to cancel your order (or want to correct any errors with personalised details), please get in touch via the Contact page within 3 hours of ordering.
SECURE PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit and credit cards, which are processed securely through Wix's online payment system. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Your card/payment details are NOT stored on our site, nor can we view them.
All prices are shown in Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

We collect this information to correspond with you about your item(s) and to arrange for delivery of your order.
2. Non-Personal Information:
When someone visits www.merrymaybelle.co.uk Google Analytics will collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out factors such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
How is this information protected?
Our website is hosted by Wix whose data storage providers are contractually committed to protect and secure your data.

Information sent using our Contact page is stored in our password-protected Inbox within our Wix website.
Wix also forwards a copy of messages received via the Contact page to our password-protected email address in Gmail. Similarly, email messages sent directly to our email address are stored within our Inbox in Gmail.
Private messages sent to our Facebook page are stored in the Inbox. Both our Gmail and Facebook accounts are password-protected.
